About the role
As Communication Specialist at Web Manuals, you will be responsible for leading and executing our external communication efforts. You will define how we present our brand, products, and expertise on a global level, while producing high-quality content yourself. The role blends strategy with hands-on delivery. You will translate business goals into clear, compelling messaging, take ownership of communication initiatives, and ensure consistency across markets and channels. This includes everything from website content and thought leadership to PR activities and product launch communication. You will also lead our social media strategy and planning, setting direction, governing the content calendar, and coordinating execution together with marketing colleagues and regional stakeholders.
You will be part of the marketing team and collaborate closely with Product, Commercial, Sales, and Customer Success. You will also manage our PR agency to increase our visibility within the aviation industry. The position reports to the CMO and is based at our headquarters in Malmö
Your key responsibilities
Develop and execute our communication plan aligned with company goals.
Define and refine messaging and value propositions across products and markets.
Lead communication for product launches and strategic initiatives.
Own and prioritize the content roadmap.
Produce high-impact website, landing page and thought leadership content.
Drive case studies, sales collateral and event communication together with internal stakeholders.
Own and lead the social media strategy and content planning across channels, ensuring alignment with growth targets, brand positioning and performance goals.
Manage and direct our PR agency and media activities.
Follow up on performance and continuously optimize communication efforts.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, journalism or similar field.
3+ years of experience in communication, content marketing or PR.
Proven ability to turn business strategy into clear, compelling messaging.
Excellent writing skills in English.
Strong understanding of SEO and content performance.
Experience working cross-functionally and managing external partners.
Structured, proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
Curious and motivated to continuously improve how we communicate.
Experience from SaaS, B2B or aviation industries, as well as experience in communication in technical or regulated environments is considered a plus.
