At Web Manuals, the Customer Success team (also known as CS reps) aims to guide and advice our customers to become more successful with the use of their Web Manuals platform.
The CS reps take a proactive approach to dive into how our tool can best serve each customer’s needs and type of operations, since the current way of working might not be the most efficient nor safe way to work with a new digital tool. This approach rests on:
- Building a genuine relationship from start
- Engaging with stakeholders to ensure progress towards the customer’s goals
- Listening to each customer to identify their needs and to involve them in the decision-making process
- Guiding and coaching our customers to achieve success with Web Manuals now and in the future
