About the role
As Product Marketer at Web Manuals, you’ll shape how our products are positioned, understood, and adopted across the market and internally. You translate product strategy into clear value propositions, target personas, buyer journeys, and winning messaging, then turn those into go-to-market plans, launches, and ongoing campaigns. Working closely with Product, Marketing, CX, and Commercial, you’ll bring competitor and customer insights into the narrative, drive strong internal communication and alignment, enable Sales with training and materials, and help track performance to refine execution - acting as a key bridge between teams to enhance product understanding.
Your key responsibilities
Define target personas, map buyer journeys, and craft messaging frameworks that clearly articulate the product’s value.
Clarify what the product is, what it’s for, and why it’s better than alternatives - in close collaboration with the CPO as well as Product and Marketing teams.
Lead go-to-market strategy planning and execution for new products and major releases, ensuring strong market fit and clear launch narratives.
Partner with the Product Strategy Specialist on analysis and data; turning insights into actionable messaging, plays, and recommendations.
Drive internal rollouts and communication, especially toward CX and Commercial teams, ensuring everyone is confident in how to talk about and sell the product.
Co-create enablement materials, training, and narratives with Commercial leadership.
Support Marketing-led campaigns by supplying messaging, proof points, and ongoing product communication plans.
Contribute to pricing and packaging discussions to support adoption and growth.
Help define success metrics, track performance post-launch, and iterate based on data and feedback.
Ensure tight alignment between stakeholders across Product, CX, and Commercial departments throughout the product lifecycle.
