As a Senior Account Executive, you will be instrumental with building high-impact, long-lasting relationships with key players in the aviation industry, leading the way with transforming the aviation industry through leveraging our powerful SaaS platform. While heightening the customer experience, also ensure that sales targets are achieved by building broad and deep relationships with new and current customers.

Position Overview
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll combine strategic thinking, consultative sales expertise, and industry knowledge to engage senior stakeholders and deliver tailored solutions that drive operational excellence and regulatory compliance. You’ll be the trusted advisor who brings innovation to the table and sees it through to real-world success.
Key responsibilities
Business development
- Plan and implement strategies to identify and create new business and/or new customer opportunities.
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through industry networking, events, and targeted outreach.
- Develop new business through cold-calling and lead follow up.
Build & deepen customer relationships
- Build strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers in flight operations, compliance, technical departments, and executive leadership.
- Lead impactful product demonstrations and solution presentations that align with client priorities and pain points.
- Stay ahead of aviation trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor moves to position Web Manuals as a thought leader.
Manage the full sales cycle
- Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline insights, and activity tracking within our CRM (Pipedrive).
- Drive revenue growth by managing the entire sales cycle for strategic, high-value accounts, from qualification to close, and beyond.
Customer support
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing value delivery.
Results and KPI’s
- Meet sales targets.
- Generate revenue.
- Increase market share.
- Increase customer loyalty and engagement.
What we’re looking for
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree
Experience
- 5+ years in technical SaaS sales or B2B enterprise sales, preferably in aviation, aerospace, or a highly regulated industry. Or equivalent combination of education & experience will be considered.
Skills
- Strong technical understanding of cloud-based platforms or digital documentation systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—you know how to translate complex features into clear business value.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a love for solving customer problems and building long-term relationships.
- Experience with CRM tools, demo platforms, and remote collaboration tools.
- Aviation background or understanding of aviation regulatory frameworks. (preferred)
- Experience working in a global, cross-functional team. (preferred)

- Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (15–25%).
- Reports to: Sales Manager - USA Region
- Number of Individuals reporting directly to and indirectly to: While no direct reports, there may be opportunities to assist the Sales Manager - USA Region with training, mentoring and developing talent.

- Location: San Diego or New York
- Hybrid: Ability to work 25% remotely
- Salary: Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, location and experience. Total compensation $120,000 - $150,000. Web Manuals offers competitive pay and benefits, including health, dental, and vision, with team spirit culture and a fun place to work.
