About the role

As CFO at Web Manuals, you will have overall responsibility for our financial strategy and are expected to lead and develop a team of four people. You will also play a key role in the company’s continued growth alongside talented colleagues. As a part of the executive management team, you will report directly to our CEO.

You will also be proactive in developing strategies for new markets, building structures and processes, and aligning the company’s growth goals and vision from a financial perspective. You will be responsible for creating conditions and developing your team to meet the organization's future needs, while also designing long-term strategies to maximize profitability, minimize risks, and participate in acquisitions in close collaboration with the CEO.

What we're looking for

• A master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field – an MBA is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and a solid background in financial management, forecasting, analysis and risk management - ideally with experience as a CFO.
• Previous experience in the SaaS industry with a proven ability to translate visions into actionable plans, lead teams, and navigate an entrepreneurial environment. Experience with mergers and acquisitions is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written, as English is our corporate language.
