We are a small but steady growing team gathering every product related aspect in one place.We work closely with our other company branches in US and APACWe are proud to be the place to go for product related questions, improvement requests, product descriptions and product material assistance.
We gather improvement ideas from all of our users, through sales, customer facing departments like Customer Success and Support, ensuring that what we build comes from our customers and fits the majority of our customers.
We work closely with our development team, through all stages of development and ensure that all of our features are relayed to Marketing and Academy departments.We handle the internal data of some of our core products like Compliance libraries where we ensure that regulation data is up to date in our system, as well as Content Transfer where we assist our customers in a smooth transition of information into Web Manuals. Through this we are in close cooperation with our Partner team and partners.Since we also build a lot of our internal tools in-house, we assist in driving improvements and product management in that regard as well.
