We keep on growing - and are now looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in Malmö!
As a Business Development Representative at Web Manuals, you are the primary point of contact to new customers, inbound and outbound. You will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyze business development success, and work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to uncover new leads.
Core responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:
- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
- Work directly with Sales and Marketing teams to discover opportunities from leads
- Demonstrate strong selling and influencing skills
- Research and analyze sales options
- Build successful and long term relationships with our customers by excelling our Core Values: Leadership, Enthusiasm and Responsibility
To thrive in this role, we believe that you have:
- A post-secondary degree within relevant area
- Experience working with outbound sales
- Experience working with B2B
- Clear and professional communication skills in English, both in speech and in writing as English is our corporate language
- Comfortability working with the phone as your main communication tool
Ideally, you also have:
- Experience from the IT or SaaS industry
- Experience from the aviation industry
- Experience from working in an international environment is also meriting, as is any other language but English
